When are The Forum events?
The Norfolk Forum comprises four (4) programs each season, falling between September or October of one year and April the following year. All Forum programs are held on weekday evenings (typically Tuesday evenings) at 8:15 p.m.

Where are the Forum events held?
Norfolk Forum events are held at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, Virginia, located at 215 East Brambleton Avenue across from the Norfolk Scope.

How do I attend The Norfolk Forum?
We strongly encourage the purchase of season subscriptions. For more information about how to buy tickets, please go to the ticket purchasing section of this website or call our office at (757) 627-8672. First priority for purchase of season tickets is given to season ticket purchasers from the prior year.

Can tickets be purchased on-line?
Yes, as shown on the ticket purchasing section of this website, season tickets may be purchased on-line by using a credit card, but please note there is a $3.00 per subscription transaction fee.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
All sales are final; there are no exchanges or refunds.

Are wheelchair escorts available?
Yes, patrons with mobility impairments who do not have access to a wheelchair may request one, free of charge, for transport to a seat. Please be aware that our personnel will not be able to remain with you during the event and also note that the wheelchair is for transport to a seat only.

Are wheelchair accessible seats available?
Yes, Chrysler Hall does have a limited number of wheelchair accessible seats. Please call Chrysler Hall’s administrative office at (757) 664-6464 in advance to notify them about any special seating needs.

Is there an elevator in Chrysler Hall?
Yes, the elevator services both balcony levels of Chrysler Hall and also provides direct access from the underground Norfolk Scope parking garage.

Is parking provided at Chrysler Hall?
The primary parking area is the Norfolk Scope garage which is connected underground to Chrysler Hall and has its entrance on St. Paul’s Boulevard. Other nearby covered parking garages operated by the city of Norfolk include the Bank Street Garage and Charlotte Street Garage. Disabled patron parking and drop-off is available in front of the Chrysler Hall entrances.

What time does Chrysler Hall open?
The lobby opens at 7:00 p.m., and the program officially begins at 8:15 p.m. Seating is available beginning at 7:15 p.m.

Is there an emergency number I can leave at home?
While The Norfolk Forum recommends that you be contacted by cell phone directly in the event of an emergency, Chrysler Hall’s administrative office number may be reached at (757) 664-6464.

What should I do if I’ve lost or misplaced my tickets?
Before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the event, please call The Norfolk Forum telephone line at (757) 627-8672, and indicate that you need to have replacement tickets waiting for you at the Box Office. The Box Office opens one hour before show time on program dates. If you realize there is a problem after that time, simply come to the Box Office as soon as you arrive for the event, show us your ID, and we will issue you duplicate tickets.

What happens in the event of severe or inclement weather?
The Norfolk Forum endeavors, of course, not to cancel a program due to inclement weather. We will monitor the weather closely, and should weather ever be a reason to reschedule or cancel an event, we will leave an updated message on our Norfolk Forum telephone line—(757) 627-8672. Local radio and television stations will also be contacted to post news of the cancellation.

Are cameras or recorders allowed?
Cameras and recorders are not allowed at Norfolk Forum events.
